Sponsor My Event

How it works

Sponsor My Event connects Australian event organisers with local businesses who want to reach their audience.

For sponsors

Always free. Find the right events before the sponsors are already chosen.

  1. Step 1

    Find events that fit

Search by state, suburb, category, audience size, date and budget. Save searches and get alerts when new events match.

  2. Step 2

    Send a request

Choose a package or propose your own, with a message and a budget. Your email and phone stay private.

  3. Step 3

    Agree and pay directly

Talk it through with the organiser, then pay them directly. We never handle the money and never take a cut.

  • Alerts for new events that match
  • Compare packages, audiences and prices
  • Checked listings and verified organisers

Questions

Who can list an event?

The organiser of the event, or someone authorised to list it. Every listing is checked before it goes live.

What can sponsors offer?

Cash sponsorship, stall or booth bookings, advertising, or in-kind goods and services. Organisers can also accept custom offers.

How do payments work?

Sponsors and organisers agree terms and pay each other directly. Sponsor My Event is a listing service and is not part of the deal.

Can I see the audience before I sponsor?

Yes. Each event shows expected attendance, age groups, locals vs visitors, social and email reach, and past partners where the organiser provides them.
